Terms and Conditions with Cancellation Policy
Bookings are processed using Inn Style Ltd booking system. Payments are processed by ‘Stripe’ a secure on-line website. A £75 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to the T & C as described below.
Your Booking is made with the owner of Stoneleigh Guest House, (‘the guest house’) and represents a legally binding contract between you and ‘the guest house’.
Booking for 1 night. Full payment is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Bookings for 2 or more nights. A cancellation made 15 days or more prior to the commencement of your stay will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to a 1 night stay at the prevailing rate.
A cancellation made 14 days or less prior to the commencement of your stay will incur a cancellation charge of the full cost of the stay as detailed in your Reservation Confirmation/Invoice.
Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable and the amount paid will be used against the cancellation charge.

Once a stay has commenced, the full cost will be payable in all circumstances.
To prevent any potential loss due to cancellation we do stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect yourself.
A 10% ADMINISTRATION CHARGE will be deducted from any refunds made.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was unacceptable to you then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
A non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of a 1 night stay as detailed in the Reservation Confirmation/Invoice is required to secure a booking. Payment can be made by BACS, cheque, debit or credit card. A processing fee of 2% will be added to the amounts paid by all cards
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities however caused.
Single Room Occupancy
Bookings of 2 nights or more are accepted. For a 1 night stay, the full occupancy rate is payable at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the guest house itself, damaged either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event you will be invoiced for the costs incurred.
Settlement of Accounts
Outstanding amounts can be settled by BACS, cash, debit or credit card. A transaction fee of 2% will be added to the outstanding amount for payments made by all cards. 7 days prior to the commencement of your stay, a secure link will be emailed to the person making the reservation requesting payment. Cash payments can be made on the day of departure
