A £75 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to the T & C as described below.
Your Booking is made with the owner of Stoneleigh Guest House, (‘the guest house’) and represents a legally binding contract between you and ‘the guest house’.
Booking for 1 night. Full payment is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Bookings for 2 or more nights. A cancellation made 15 days or more prior to the commencement of your stay will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to a 1 night stay at the prevailing rate.
A cancellation made 14 days or less prior to the commencement of your stay will incur a cancellation charge of the full cost of the stay as detailed in your Reservation Confirmation/Invoice.
Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable and the amount paid will be used against the cancellation charge.

Once a stay has commenced, the full cost will be payable in all circumstances.
To prevent any potential loss due to cancellation we do stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect yourself.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was unacceptable to you then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
A non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of a 1 night stay as detailed in the Reservation Confirmation/Invoice is required to secure a booking. Payment can be made cheque, your local branch or on-line
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities however caused.
Single Room Occupancy
Bookings of 2 nights or more are accepted. For a 1 night stay, the full occupancy rate is payable at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the guest house itself, damaged either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event you will be invoiced for the costs incurred.
Settlement of Accounts
Outstanding amounts can be settled on-line, in branch, cash or cheque. Payment by cheque must be received 14 days prior to the commencement of your stay. Cash or card payments can be made on the day of departure

Monitoring and recording communications
We DO NOT tape record telephone conversations however, we DO keep emails and notes relating to your reservation for the purpose of quality assurance and such emails are deleted once a stay had ended
Visitors to our website
When someone visits our website at www.stoneleigh-llandudno.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics and to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We don’t make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it

If you send us a private or direct message via social media, the message it will not be shared with any other third parties and remains confidential

We use Outlook Web App to send and receive emails from our website
Booking confirmations by email are automatically generated by Inn Style Ltd (our booking system provider) where your personal information is stored on their secure servers
We do receive a copy email regarding booking confirmations to our email address, however, the only personal information contained in this type of email is your email address
Booking confirmation emails are deleted from our email account once the stay has commenced
Any information contained in emails sent via the Booking system is not shared with any other parties
We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
Household CCTV camera
CCTV is used for the security of the property
CCTV is in operation on the front and rear of the property, breakfast room and hallway
CCTV notices are on display and information is contained the Guests Information Pack located in guest rooms
Conversation is not recorded
Recordings are held for approximately 3 months or until the hard drive is full and then it is recorded over
We do not share any recordings with any third parties unless it’s the police to assist in their investigations
