Terms and Conditions with Cancellation Policy
Bookings made on-line
On-line bookings are processed by Inn Style Ltd and payment is payable in full at the time of booking via ‘Stripe’ an on-line secure website and is subject to the Cancellation Policy and Deposits terms as described below. In addition, any refunds made is subject to the processing fee of 5% of the total cost.
Bookings made via other websites – please refer to that websites Terms & Conditions for payment as T & C may vary from site to site, however, all bookings are subject to the Cancellation Policy as described below.
Bank Holidays – Special Offers – Discounted Rates
These bookings are payable in full at the time of booking and are subject to the Cancellation Policy and Deposit terms as described below.
Your Booking is made with Anna Evans trading as Stoneleigh Guest House, (‘the guest house’) and represents a legally binding contract between you and ‘the guest house’.
Bookings for 1 – 3 nights, excluding Public Holidays, Special Offers or Discounted Rates, a minimum of 14 days notice is required should you need to cancel your booking. There will be a cancellation charge equivalent to a 1 night stay as detailed in the confirmation letter invoice. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable and the amount paid will be used against the cancellation charge.
Bookings for 4 nights or more and including bookings during Public Holidays or Special Offers or at Discounted Rates, to avoid a cancellation charge of at least 50% of the total value of the booking as detailed in the confirmation letter invoice, 28 days notice is required. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable and the amount paid will be used against the cancellation charge.

At the sole discretion of the ‘Guest House’ the charge MAY be waived in part if we are able to re-let the cancelled room(s) in part, and WILL be waived in full if the total value of the booking can be replaced in full.
Once a stay has commenced, the full cost will be payable in all circumstances.
To prevent any potential loss due to cancellations we do stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect yourself.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was unacceptable to you then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
A non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of a one night stay as detailed in the Reservation Confirmation/Invoice is required to secure a booking for 2 nights or more.
Payment for a 1 night stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Payment by credit cards are accepted, however, this will incur a processing fee of 3% Debit card payments are free.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities however coursed.
Method of Payment
All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Payment by credit cards are accepted, however, this will incur a processing fee at the prevailing rate. Debit card payments are free.
Single Room Occupancy
Bookings of 2 nights or more are accepted. For a one night stay, the full occupancy rate is payable at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the guest house itself, damaged either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event you will be invoiced for the costs incurred.
Settlement of Accounts
Outstanding accounts are payable prior to departure by debit cards or cash.
Payment by credit cards are accepted, however, this will incur a processing fee of 3% of the total stay.
